absolutely right. Ray Ray brought his A game. DJ also looked good. He will keep us strong coming off the bench.

Wow I'm really liking Graham so far.
GO GO BOBCATS!!! Excellent work tonight with the win.
Suffice to say that DJ is the guy you want in to ice the game in the final minute. Those fts were pretty Herculean.
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
The Good: Felton, Ajinca, DJ
The Better: We won
The Best: I got banned from RealGM. I'm really going to miss all the Raptor homers and intelligent posters there.![]()
WTF!!!!
http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/recap;_y...gid=2009100830The Hornets blew a 21-point lead in the second half, but used a late 10-3 run to win an exhibition game for the first time under coach Larry Brown. They entered 0-9 in preseason games under the second-year coach.
Nice work, AP!

^Nice. I didnt know LB deflected.
Got lost watching the dreaded and loathed Cards choke up a certain win to the Dodgers (WA-HOOOO!!!!!) and didn't remember 'til that was over that the Cats were......on tee-vee?!?!?! This is the first ever televisied preseason game for us, right? At least, excluding C-SET. Very very cool!!!
Anyway, yeah, Chrissy took over in the 3rd and got it close, but overall, it appeared to me in watching the last quarter and a half, we're the much better team....and once again, that's with us missing 2/3 of our starting froncourt. It's really surprising to me just how much better depth we have by adding Henderson, UPS, Flip and Steve.
Major kudos to DJ for having to carry the load with Raymond's injury....and doing so impeccably. Also, Steve is the man and really is reminiscent of George Lynch in all ways...this dude looks to be a keeper. Also, great job at the line from UPS.
Preseason wins and losses mean little to nothing to me, but it's good to finally get one after last year's 0-for.

No kidding. LB kept leaving him in there and I just knew it was going to cost us.
That was a good game! Right out of the gate we looked the better team. The starters all played under control and strong defense. Felton guarded Paul well, and instead of letting the pick work out the big would rush up on him and doubleteam him.
Felton played a very strong game. Took only one shot I thought was questionable, made nice pick/roll passes and even got a dunk off a nice tap by Gana.
And get this...Vlad played some very good D on West! At one point I think West somewhat lost his cool Vlad was sticking with him so well!
I think DJ looks a lot better this year than he ever did last season. He plays good D, he's talking on offense and he's moving a lot without the ball. He still looks primarily to score, and matching him with Flip in the 2nd unit ought to get us some points out of that group.
Flip seems to look for his own shot a lot. On one set he brought up the ball and DJ played off guard...ball never left Flip's hand til it went toward the basket. Can't see LB liking that for long.
Little disappointed in Henderson. Always looked to shoot even if it wasn't there. I actually think UPS looks a little more NBA ready than Hendo does.
This is going to be one fun season if we stay healthy.
