Tonight's open practice

For those of you who are attending tonight's open practice, give us a quick report on what you see. I had a great time at last year's open practice, but unfortunately can't make this year's because of a conflict .

it was a good time i got some autographs and a picture with tyson and one with dj

I think it was kinda dumb. I got no autos and the practice didnt even last an hour. I hate to say it was dumb but they didnt even let the guys slam it hard or do anything fun for the fans. Larry was so serious and yelling at guys for dunking it after a steal.

Wow. Had a great time tonight. Met DJ, Raja, Diop, Flip, Dontell, UPS, Antonio Anderson....got autographs from Raja, DJ, UPS, Crash & Coach Brown. Everyone was really cool, UPS was all "What's your name? I'm Derrick, nice to meet you"...Anderson was in a rush to get out from meeting the people, but that's okay...probably won't make the team anyway. Flip says he's feeling good, won't really play for 2 weeks. I teased Diop about his career as a car salesman, we had a good laugh.

As far as play goes - Dontell & Hendo both showed legit 3-shooting abilities. Ajinca's skill set is there, the frame & IQ are works in progress, no big story there. Henderson had a NASTY dunk off a pass from Anderson, and Hendo & Ajinca can both really run. Stevie Graham rebounded really well, managed to nab one away from Diop & UPS if memory serves me well. He will fit in well on this team. Vlad was not impressive, blew a dunk on a breakaway and was made fun of for it. Nazr did not play, not sure why, but he was on the bench with Chandler & Flip for the duration.
