    Default Panthers at Saints

This game scares me. It could get ugly. We have to stay with the running game, and stay out of passing situations. If Jake passes when he doesn't have to, we are OK. But if we are in passing situations, he always throws picks. Defense has to play like last week, and find a way to pressure Brees.

Our defense can handle their own but Jake? yeah he scares me too...Maybe if Brees twists his ankle and cant return to the game or something....

I don't know why I'm not worried about this game because I should be, I mean they're 7-0 and playing great football right now.

Maybe it's because I have seen the Panthers beat them so many times in recent years, we kinda own them if you think about it.

    Panthers - 34

    Saints - 27

I dont really want to laugh but haa

The panthers are towards the bottom of the league this year and the Saints are the best team in the entire league this year.

I expect them to shed the monkey off their back and blow us out.

    I hope i do too

I am not alone in my thinking that the Panthers would lose today.
But they have been subborn and not listened to the critisim of me and others. 14-3 is the current score, Panthers are leading and shutting down the most dominate offense in the NFL today...

We lost anyway and it wasn't Jakes fault this time.... Smitty missed 2 passes right in his hands and stopped running when he could have had a game winning first down... D Will missed a critical pass and then fumbled which led to NO's last TD. At times the defense had trouble tackling....

Well, this was a game in which we played well, but our one sidedness dooms us against quality teams. So many times we ran the ball in passing situations - playing it conservatively. And we have to, because Jake sucks and will cost us. We just had to play it conservatively, and it led to a loss. But the guys played hard, the defense rose up and played well against such an explosive team. And we ran fairly well considering they put 8 in the box on us so much of the night. And the fact that we kept running, and did not trust Jake to pass when there were so many times he had 1 on 1 with the wideouts. Well, that tells you the Coaches and Coordinators all know that Jake is not capable of winning a game now. It is a sad mess. I only hope that if Richardson cleans house at the end of the year, that he pays for a quality coach and FO who will make Peppers want to stay. We cannot afford to go through the same thing as last year, have him Franchised for $20 mil by unsigned to the Tag until after the draft. Then we get nothing for him as we cant trade him. And we cant sign any FA's with that $20 mil Contract holding us down.
