Mike Vick a Panther?

I have no source or new report to site. I know Vick won't be back with the Eagles again next year. So what are the chances the Panthers can pick him up? He's not a horrible QB. He can still run, still can dodge defenders in the back field. Something Delhomme clearly can't do. I could care less about what Mike Vick did to those dogs and at this point Jake is just as helpful as Vinny was...Both need to be sitting on someone couch on sundays

No way Richardson goes with anyone who has any issues with the law. He is still haunted by the Ray Carruth matter, and wont touch anyone with controversy around them like Vick.

I wasn't even thinking along those lines but you're right about that.... I was meaning in my other post, sure Vic can run the ball and throw a few passes but he isn't that good or accurate of a passer and we have that now in Jake... We need a P Manning or a Romo style QB. We've never had a great QB here and I think its time to try to get one (if available in the draft). Right now we are one dimensional and hardly no passing game at all, we need to bring that part of our offense back and a great QB would almost insure that...

We have no 1st rd pick next year so it's doubtful we can find a franchise QB as low as we might be picking next year. Depending on badly we end up sucking this year. I would love to draft a QB but I don't think the draft is going to be that deep in QB's next year.

I'm thinking Vick because we are already stuck with Jake. Jake clearly sucks, but Vick sucks just a little less.

The Panthers have no first rd pick next year. So no matter much we suck and tank the games it wont help us to move up in the draft.
